Architectural Request Committee (ARC) is the process required in an HOA, when a homeowner wants to make a change to the exterior of their house or property.
The process of submitting an ARC request is now done through the Vantaca website: https://home.eclipsecommunities.com/
Once you login with your credentials, there is a "New Request" button that allows you to submit an ARC information.

Soft rollout of the violations continues. There has been a lot of questions and comments from the community. Any questions regarding these violations can be sent to lakewoodHOA45011@gmail.com or stop by the Lakewood HOA Meeting #2 and we are happy to work thru any concerns you have. The next round of inspections will take place in October.
